The motel consists of four self-contained units which are serviced daily. The two ground floor front units (one of which has two bedrooms) have views of the garden, Mill Bay and Rangikapiti Pa. The remaining two units at the top of the driveway look out on to Rangikapiti Pa.

Each spacious unit has a separate bedroom, dining area, full kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave, stovetop), shower and toilet area, telephone, radio, and 40+ channel cable TV.

Rice cookers and hair dryers are available upon request. A washing machine and line area, ironing board and iron are also available for guest use.

Free wi-fi internet access is available for reasonable use.
